1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NextGenJunkRemoval website at nextgenjunk-removal.com or by requesting service from NextGenJunkRemoval LLC (“NextGenJunkRemoval,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

2. Services

NextGenJunkRemoval provides residential and commercial junk removal services in Northeast Ohio. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to crew availability and the accuracy of the information you provide.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes generated through our website are estimates based on photos and information you provide. We guarantee the price range shown at checkout if the actual job matches the photos and details you submitted.

If the actual volume, weight, or item type differs materially from what you submitted, we will communicate any change in price before performing the work. You may decline the revised quote and cancel the appointment at no charge.

Surcharges may apply for stairs above the first floor, mattresses, televisions, and locations outside our standard service area. These are disclosed in your quote.

4. Excluded Items

We do not remove the following without prior arrangement and possible additional fees:

• Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, asbestos, propane tanks, batteries)
• Medical or biological waste
• Liquids of any kind
• Items containing freon (refrigerators, AC units) without prior notice
• Construction debris exceeding one truckload

If excluded items are discovered on-site, we may decline to remove them or charge a surcharge for proper disposal.

5. Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments are scheduled based on the preferred date and time window you submit. We will confirm your booking by SMS or phone before dispatch.

You may cancel or reschedule at no charge by replying to your confirmation SMS or calling us at least 2 hours before your scheduled window. Same-day cancellations less than 2 hours before dispatch may be subject to a $25 trip fee.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit card, and approved digital payments. A receipt or invoice will be provided.

7. Our Guarantees

• On-Time Promise: if we miss our 2-hour arrival window, $25 is taken off your bill. No questions.
• Done-Right Promise:if we miss anything that was clearly part of the agreed job, we'll return within 7 days at no charge.
• No-Damage Promise: we are licensed and insured. If our crew damages your property during the job, we will repair or compensate fairly.

These guarantees apply to standard residential and small commercial jobs and may be limited for jobs requiring special equipment, hoarding situations, or hazardous conditions.

8. Property Access and Safety

You are responsible for ensuring our crew has safe and lawful access to the items being removed. We reserve the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe, if items are inaccessible without risk of damage, or if any aspect of the job materially differs from what was disclosed.

9. SMS / Text Messaging

By submitting your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages about your service request, including quotes, confirmations, updates, and follow-up. Message frequency is typically 1–3 messages per service request.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextGenJunkRemoval's total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

The website and quote engine are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Estimates generated through the website are not binding offers; final pricing is confirmed at the time of service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to hold NextGenJunkRemoval harmless from any claims arising from items you ask us to remove that are not legally yours to discard, or that contain hazardous or illegal materials you did not disclose.

12. Intellectual Property

The NextGenJunkRemoval name, logo, and website content are owned by NextGenJunkRemoval LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Portage County, Ohio.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
