Anything that looks like it could matter to the family — photos, documents, jewelry, keepsakes, anything in a marked box — gets set aside in a clearly identified area for your review before it leaves the house. Nothing goes out without you seeing it first.
Can I get a donation receipt for the items that go to charity?
Yes. When items go to donation partners like Habitat ReStore or Goodwill, we capture the receipt and send it to you. Useful for the estate accounting.
My family is out of state. Can you work directly with the attorney or realtor?
Often. We coordinate directly with estate attorneys, realtors, and out-of-state family by phone, text, and photo. You get a written summary of everything that was donated, recycled, or disposed.
How long does a full-home estate cleanout take?
Most 3-bed homes finish in 1–2 days depending on volume and access. We schedule around your timeline — pre-listing date, attorney deadline, or just when the family is ready.
I am not sure what is in there. Can you give a price without me being on-site?
Yes. Send us photos of each room or walk us through on a video call, and we will give you a starting price range. Your pro confirms the final number after the on-site walkthrough — before any work begins.
