Mattress Removal FAQ
Will you take a mattress with bedbugs?
No. We have to protect the next customer and our truck. If you suspect bedbugs, call your city or county for the specific disposal protocol. Most areas require sealed bagging and direct landfill drop-off.
What happens to the mattress once you take it?
Ohio has growing mattress-recycling capacity: the metal springs go to scrap, foam goes to padding, and fabric gets repurposed where possible. Mattresses that cannot be recycled are disposed of responsibly.
I live on the 5th floor. Can you still pick it up?
Yes. Apartment walk-ups, no problem. Stairs add $25 per flight (shown on the pricing page). We come in with floor protection so your hallway carpet stays clean.
I have four mattresses from an Airbnb refresh. Does that price differently?
Same $45 per-mattress surcharge applies to each one. Volume might push you into a larger truck tier, but the math is shown openly. No surprise multipliers.
Do I have to drag the mattress to the curb?
No. That is what you are paying us for. We pull it from wherever it sits: bedroom, basement, garage. You do not lift a finger.
