Will you take a mattress with bedbugs?
No. We have to protect the next customer and our truck. If you suspect bedbugs, call your city or county for the specific disposal protocol. Most areas require sealed bagging and direct landfill drop-off.
What happens to the mattress once you take it?
Ohio has growing mattress-recycling capacity: the metal springs go to scrap, foam goes to padding, and fabric gets repurposed where possible. Mattresses that cannot be recycled are disposed of responsibly.
I live on the 5th floor. Can you still pick it up?
Yes. Apartment walk-ups, no problem. Stairs can add a small per-flight extra your pro confirms before starting. We come in with floor protection so your hallway carpet stays clean.
I have four mattresses from an Airbnb refresh. Does that price differently?
Each one carries the same small disposal handling, and the volume might push you into a larger truck tier. Your pro walks the whole number with you face-to-face before starting. No surprise multipliers.
Do I have to drag the mattress to the curb?
