What is the difference between junk removal and a cleanout?
Junk removal is usually a defined pile or a handful of items. A cleanout is clearing out an entire space — a garage, a basement, or a whole home — where we sort through everything, decide what is donated versus disposed, and leave the space empty and swept. Cleanouts are priced the same way (by truck volume), they just tend to fill more of the truck.
Do I have to sort or box anything before you arrive?
No. Sorting is part of the job. You point out anything you want kept or set aside, and we handle the rest — lifting, hauling, and separating donation, recycling, and disposal.
How much does a cleanout cost?
We price by volume, starting at $140 for a small load and running to $625 for a full truck. Larger cleanouts simply fill more truck tiers. You get a starting range from photos, and your pro confirms the final number on-site before any work begins. Stairs, appliance, and mattress surcharges are shown openly on the pricing page.
Can you handle a cleanout if I am out of state?
Yes. We regularly coordinate by phone, text, and photo with out-of-state family, executors, attorneys, and realtors. You get a written summary of everything that was donated, recycled, or disposed.
How fast can you do a full cleanout?
Most single-room cleanouts are same-day. Whole-home and estate cleanouts typically finish in one to two days depending on volume and access. We schedule around your deadline.
