How We Work With Contractors
- 1
Call or text from the site
Snap a phone shot of the pile. Tell us what is in it and when you need it gone. We are usually within hours of any Cleveland-Akron job site.
- 2
Quote inside ~15 minutes
Truck tier plus heavy-debris surcharges ($75/cu yd drywall, $125/cu yd concrete) shown up front. No mystery markups.
- 3
Crew rolls out
2-hour arrival window. We work around your trades — in and out, not in your way.
- 4
On-site confirm and clear
Foreman walks the pile, locks the price, then we load. Light demo handled as part of the job if scoped.
- 5
Invoice or settle on the spot
Card on file, net terms, or pay per job — whatever fits your accounting. C&D destination documentation available on request.

For Homeowners
Just finished a kitchen or bathroom remodel?
Residential post-remodel hauls run on the same truck-tier pricing as our other services. Cabinets, countertops, drywall, tile, old fixtures — we handle the haul-off so you can move into the new kitchen instead of staring at a pile in the driveway.
Contractor FAQ
Do you do the demo, or just the haul-off?
Both, with limits. We handle light interior demo — non-structural walls, built-ins, vanities, tile. Anything structural or permitted should stay with the licensed contractor. After demo, we haul.
Where does the C&D debris actually go?
We route loads to a Northeast Ohio construction and demolition (C&D) facility. Clean wood, metal, and shingles are separated where the facility supports it. We can document the destination for projects that need it.
Can I get net-30 or set up a contractor account?
Yes. Contractors and GCs who run recurring jobs can set up an account with us, with invoicing and net terms. Saves the per-job billing back-and-forth.
Dumpster rental vs. on-call hauling — when do I want which?
Long jobs with steady debris flow usually pencil out for dumpster rental. Quick remodels, single-day demos, or jobs where a dumpster is impractical (HOA, no driveway space, short window) are exactly what on-call hauling is for. If a dumpster is the better call, we will tell you straight.
I am a homeowner who just finished a kitchen remodel. Same service?
Yes. Residential post-remodel hauls run on the same truck-tier pricing as our other residential services. Drywall and tile carry a $75–$125 per cubic yard surcharge over base, shown openly on the pricing page.
