β€œMathew and Jimmy did a great job moving a heavy big screen TV out of my basement. They were very professional and were here on time. I would definitely use Them again and recommend them to my family and friends.”

How It Works

  1. 1

    Text or call

Snap a photo and tell us where the unit is (kitchen, basement, garage). We will give you a starting price.

  2. 2

    Estimate in ~15 minutes

You see the truck tier plus any refrigerant or stairs surcharges before we leave the shop.

  3. 3

    2-hour arrival window

We text on the way. Most appliance jobs are a half-hour at the curb.

  4. 4

    Final price face-to-face

Your pro walks the job, confirms the number, and gets to work, only after you say go.

  5. 5

    Disconnect, haul, recycle

We pull the unit, disconnect water and power, sweep the spot, and route the metal to recycling.

The NextGen 4-Point Promise

Four specific commitments behind every job, not one vague β€œsatisfaction guaranteed.”

On-Time Promise

We arrive in your 2-hour window, or you get $25 off the job.

New

Up-Front Price Promise

Your pro confirms the final price face-to-face before any work begins, so nothing changes mid-job and nothing gets sprung on you at the end. If the price doesn’t work, you owe nothing.

Done-Right Promise

We finish every job with a walkthrough together. If anything was missed, we come back and finish it free within 7 days.

No-Damage Promise

Fully insured. If we damage anything in your home, we cover it. Full stop.

Appliance Removal FAQ

Do you handle the refrigerant in old fridges and AC units?

Yes. Refrigerant-bearing appliances go through certified processing that pulls the refrigerant before the metal recycles. It is one reason a fridge carries a $50 surcharge, shown openly on the pricing page.

Do I need to disconnect the gas line on my old stove or dryer?

If a gas line is involved, the safest move is to have a plumber or your gas utility shut it off before we arrive. Once it is capped, we handle everything else: disconnect, removal, hauling.

Where does my old washer or dryer actually go?

Working appliances go to local donation partners or resale outlets. Non-working ones go to a Northeast Ohio scrap and recycling facility. The metal gets recovered, not buried. We send you a note telling you which one.

My fridge is in the basement. Can you get it out?

Yes. Basement and upstairs appliance removal is what we do. Stairs add $25 per flight (shown openly on the pricing page), but otherwise the price is the same.

My washer still works. Can I save the surcharge if I drop it off myself?

You can. We will gladly tell you which donation center near you takes working washers, no obligation. If you would rather not load it into your own truck, we will haul it for you same-day.
