Why I Started NextGenJunkRemoval
I'm Matthew Burks, founder of NextGenJunkRemoval. Growing up, I kept seeing the same thing across the junk removal and hauling industry: missed appointments, no-shows, and crews that treated customers like an afterthought. It's a service most people would rather not think about — and I believed it deserved far better.
I've been an entrepreneur for as long as I can remember, and I went on to study entrepreneurship at Ohio University. When it came time to build something of my own, I chose the industry everyone else had given up on. The goal was simple: bring real professionalism, reliability, and genuine care to a service families actually need.
That's how NextGenJunkRemoval was born — and it's why every job we take on is held to a higher standard.
