We collect information you provide when you request a quote or contact us:

• Service details: item types, photos you upload, job location, timing preferences

We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through our hosting provider. We do not use tracking cookies or marketing analytics.

Third-party services that load in your browser:our quote form uses Google Maps Places Autocomplete to help you enter your address. When you reach that step, Google may receive your IP address and any text you type into the address field, subject to Google's own privacy policy. We also use Sentry for error monitoring of our own application code; Sentry receives error metadata only and is configured to exclude form field values.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide a price quote and schedule junk removal service
• To send you SMS confirmations and updates about your job (only with your consent)
• To contact you about your request via phone or text
• To improve our service

4. SMS / Text Messaging

By submitting your phone number through our quote form, you expressly consent to receive automated and manually-sent SMS text messages from NextGenJunkRemoval LLC related to your service request, including price quotes, appointment confirmations, and job updates.

Message frequency: Typically 1–3 messages per service request.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. This will not affect your ability to receive service.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only:

• With service providers: We use Supabase (database), Twilio (SMS), and Vercel (hosting) to operate our platform. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
• As required by law: If required to do so by a court order, subpoena, or other legal process.

6. Data Retention

We retain lead and contact information for up to 2 years to allow for follow-up and service history. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@nextgenjunk-removal.com.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your information.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
