2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when you request a quote or contact us:

• Contact information: phone number, address
• Service details: item types, photos you upload, job location, timing preferences
• Account type: residential or commercial

We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through our hosting provider, and a small amount of marketing attribution data (the page you arrived from and any tracking parameters in your URL such as utm_source, fbclid, or a referral code) so we can measure which channels deliver leads.

Third-party services that load in your browser:

• Google Maps Places Autocomplete— helps you enter your address in the quote form. When you reach that step, Google may receive your IP address and any text you type into the address field, subject to Google's own privacy policy.
• Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager— we use these to understand how visitors find and use our site so we can improve it. They set cookies in your browser that record anonymized usage data (pages visited, time on page, device type, approximate location from IP). We do not link this analytics data to your phone number, name, or any personal information you submit. Data is processed by Google subject to Google's privacy policy. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.
• Google Ads conversion tracking— when you arrive at our site from a Google Ads click and submit a quote form, Google receives an anonymous signal that a conversion occurred. This helps us measure which ads bring real customers and adjust our spending. The signal does not include your name, phone number, address, or any details you entered into the form. Google Ads tracking is subject to the same Google privacy policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings.
• Sentry— error monitoring for our application code. Sentry receives error metadata only and is configured to exclude form field values.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide a price quote and schedule junk removal service
• To send you SMS confirmations and updates about your job (only with your consent)
• To contact you about your request via phone or text
• To improve our service

4. SMS / Text Messaging

By submitting your phone number through our quote form, you expressly consent to receive automated and manually-sent SMS text messages from NextGenWasteManagement LLC (d/b/a NextGenJunkRemoval) related to your service request, including price quotes, appointment confirmations, and job updates.

Message frequency: Typically 1 to 3 messages per service request.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. This will not affect your ability to receive service.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only:

• With service providers: We use Supabase (database), Quo / OpenPhone (SMS), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting) to operate our platform. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
• As required by law: If required to do so by a court order, subpoena, or other legal process.

6. Data Retention

We retain lead and contact information for up to 2 years to allow for follow-up and service history. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@nextgenjunk-removal.com.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your information.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Your Rights (US)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@nextgenjunk-removal.com. We will respond within 30 days.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA):in addition to the above, you have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
